Could not connect to wicd’s D-Bus interface in Backtrack 5

Often when booting from a Live Backtrack 5 (KDE) edition I have encountered that the GUI wicd Network Manager won't start. The massage was like this:         [wp_ad_camp_1] When this error occurs you can easily use the command line to select and connect to desirable network but I will write a guide about that in my next post:) The other thing you can do, is to fix this wicd error. Simply write this commands into the command line. dpkg-reconfigure wicd update-rc.d wicd defaults   Now just reboot your Backtrack OS and the error should be gone. [wp_ad_camp_1]

You learn in depth about Linux and all the things you can do with that operating system, but you could get stuck on the most trivial things like installing it to your flash drive.
